Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery method.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

At Ghvani, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Footwear must include the original box.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, clearance, or intimate items (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned.

3. Return Process
Contact our customer care team at support@jhvani.net or (210) 551-0792 to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If the desired size or color is available, we will process your exchange once the original item is returned.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund options.

4. Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (cost-effective option for most U.S. addresses)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (faster delivery with priority handling)
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (guaranteed next-day or two-day service)

Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen method. From time to time, Ghvani may offer free shipping promotions within the continental U.S. — these will be displayed on our website or promotional materials.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses may take longer to arrive. We do not guarantee delivery dates for APO/FPO/DPO shipments due to military mail handling times.

5. International Shipping
At this time, Ghvani does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States and its territories.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Ghvani is not responsible for delays, lost items, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses. If an error is noticed after checkout, contact support@jhvani.net immediately. We will do our best to update your address before shipment.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our carriers, delays can occur due to weather, high-volume periods, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic), please contact us at (210) 551-0792 or support@jhvani.net for assistance.

9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a carrier claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

10. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order can only be modified through the Return Policy procedures.
